Painting the Guest House Bathroom, Utility Room, and Garage

After mudding, sanding, and sealing the drywall, it was time to texture and paint it. For the back wall of the garage, I used a spray texture in addition to the usual spackling, which makes it a little more resilient to dust and other garage dirt. I used Homax pro grade orange peel wall texture.
Once the walls were textured, I installed some vertical trim to frame the walls, which would eventually be painted over.
Finally, I painted all of the walls. For the garage back wall and the utility room, I kept the same taupe brown color, and for the bathroom I went with a light grey.
