Back in 2014, I had applied my own epoxy coating to the floors of the main garage at the Verona house. I did an okay job, but I probably didn’t prep the surface as well as I could have, and old school epoxy floors are notorious for failing after a certain period of time anyway. This time, especially since I had a new McLaren to show off, I brought in the professionals. They use a different chemical coating compound now, which should last 30+ years, and looks fantastic. The first step, however, was to empty the garage, which was not a small feat:
















Once that was done, the contractors got to work. They were able to do everything in a single day, which was very impressive:





After letting everything cure for a weekend, I was able to put everything back, and re-park the cars. I couldn’t be happier with the final result!
